2) Sprinkle liberally over meats and seafood
3) Food should have a nice color
4) Allow natural herbs and spices to penetrate foods before cooking
5) Seasoning Penetration: Seafood takes 10-15 minutes;
Chicken 30-45 minutes or overnight; Ribs 2-3 hours or overnight;
Steak 30-45 minutes
