Tips for Sauce Application

Suggestions on using our all natural sauces to add that special "something" to your dishes.

Dreamweaver CS31) Never apply these sauces to raw meats
2) Why? Sauce may carmelize and burn before the meat is fully cooked
3) When cooking on an open flame ie..Barbeque Grill; cook meat until it is almost done
4) When meat is 70% done you have reached the "Sauce Point"
5) Apply Soul Food Sauce at the "Sauce Point" 
6) Stay near your grill at this point
7) Move meats to slow part of grill or away from direct flame
8) Allow smoke and sauce to marry
9) Remove and try not to "Eat Your Fingers"
